Matadero Madrid - Centre For Contemporary Creation is an extensive complex with the capacity to host large-scale, well-populated, and uniquely-immersive art experiences that contribute to a broad, diverse and multidisciplinary global programme. Matadero’s activity is organised through the Transversal Programmes Unit of Intermediae - a space for research into and production of situated artistic practices that promotes citizen involvement in cultural production - and the Centre for Artistic Residencies.

The Showroom is to curate Contra La Raza [Against Race], a multi-exhibition project and programme from June to September 2020, presenting a collective multimedia exhibition within Matadero as part of PhotoEspaña 2020.
