Annette Krauss (born in Germany, based in Utrecht) was The Showroom’s Artist Fellow during 2012/13, researching notions of unlearning and (in)visibility. She has (co-)initiated various long-term collaborative practices (Hidden Curriculum, Read-in, ASK!, Read the Masks. Tradition Is Not Given, School of Temporalities). Her artwork employs performance, video, research, and pedagogy to reflect and build upon the potential of collaboration while aiming at disrupting taken for granted ‘truths’ in theory and practice.
