The Showroom is pleased to announce that as part of their project for The Showroom, juneau/projects/ will perform the beauty royale and the juneau/projects/ travelog live at the gallery.

the beauty royale involves lengths of dowel, contact microphones and a wood chipper. The almost unbearable sounds of the mic-ed up dowels being fed through the chipper will be broadcast and manipulated to make a second, sound-based work.
