Compost 1:1 — Value and Function with Kathrin Böhm and Céline Condorelli

Online conversation
Friday 2 July 2021

Céline Condorelli came to Compost to talk about value and function of her shared studio with Kathrin Böhm, and what the removal of the artist’s objects from the space means for future use. Held at The Showroom and online over Zoom during Compost: Turning the Heap with Elvira Dyangani Ose, Lily Hall and Seema Manchanda, The Showroom.

A live programme of talks, workshops, and 1:1 drop-ins was held at The Showroom and online throughout Compost. The programme was updated weekly on the website compost.kathrinbohm.info. Designed by An Endlesss Supply, the site went live in tandem with the opening of Compost in June 2021.

Compost was supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.

Compost involved a new partnership with Art360 Foundation enabling a process of live archiving and an online event.

The subtitle ‘Kathrin Böhm: Turning the Heap’ was donated by artist Rosalie Schweiker.
