Have you got something to say? Want to stand up for a cause? Now’s your chance to make your voice heard!

Join us at The Showroom—a space of solidarity, community, and protest for over 40 years!

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll dive into the powerful history of protest badges. From anti-war messages and climate action to LGBTQ+ rights, badges have long been used to speak out and stand up for what matters.

Using found images, drawing, and collage, you’ll design and create your very own protest badge to wear with pride.

Come and get creative, make a bold statement, and be part of a legacy of resistance and change.

This workshop is organised as part of Imagining Futures, The Showroom’s new programme for Schools and Young People supported by John Lyon’s Charity
